Focusing, and knowing when to pause

Focusing takes more than effort: you also need to set aside what clutters the mind, and to stop when attention wears thin. Sophria’s sessions are there at both moments — before a stretch of work, to gather your attention, and between two tasks, to relax your eyes, your neck and your breath.

To work to, an hour of instrumental music or soundscape, without voice, stays in the background; it can be played offline too.

Frequently asked questions

Can I listen to a session at work?

Yes, with earbuds. Short sessions are done sitting, and screen breaks last a few minutes.

Does music count as a session?

No. Soundscapes and music accompany your work without counting as practice: no history, no leaf on the tree.
