Releasing the day’s tension
Everyday stress often settles in the body before it shows: a tight jaw, a stiff neck, shallow breathing. Sophrology offers simple gestures to notice it and let go of what can be let go — slower breathing, guided relaxation, a few gentle movements.
In Sophria, these gestures fit into sessions of 2 to 8 minutes: between two meetings, on the train, when you get home. The sessions in “A difficult moment?” are free to use, to open when tension rises.
