Getting ready for the night with sophrology
In the evening, the day often stays in the body: raised shoulders, short breath, thoughts going round. Sophria’s evening sessions guide you in audio to let go of what can be let go, slow your breathing and let the night come — nothing to get right.
You listen in bed, lights off. A sleep timer stops the sound when you choose, and the balance between voice and ambience is set to your ear. Downloaded sessions stay available without a connection.

Frequently asked questions
Which session should I choose in the evening?
Start with “Toward sleep” or “Body scan into sleep”. If you would rather be carried by a landscape, the “Voyage into sleep” sessions (the ocean, rain on the forest) and “Seven nights” take the same path in images.
What if I fall asleep before the end?
That is expected: sleep sessions are made to be listened to in bed. The sleep timer stops the sound at the time you choose.
I wake up at night: what can I do?
Several sessions are there for those moments, including “Drifting back to sleep”, free to use in “A difficult moment?”. If difficult nights go on, talk to your physician.
