Getting started with sophrology
Sophrology is learned by practicing: a few gestures of breathing, relaxation and attention to the body, repeated day after day. No experience or equipment needed — a quiet place, headphones, a few minutes.
Sophria starts with the Discovery journey: 21 days, one short session a day, in an order designed to build the practice step by step. After each session, one word you set down becomes a leaf on your tree — a witness to your practice, never a grade. Short pieces, the Insights, explain the method in one or two minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to meditate?
No. Sophrology is a method in its own right, structured, practiced in full awareness and staying in charge: the voice guides, you decide.
What if I skip a day?
Simply pick up the next day. Nothing is lost: your tree keeps a record of what you practiced, and never takes anything away.
What happens after the 21 days?
The journey continues with the four degrees of the foundational cycle: the body, the mind, their meeting, your values — 36 progressive sessions.
Sophrology is a complementary wellness method. It does not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment. For any health concern, consult your physician.
